Fall Festival

The Autumn season is a lot of people's favorite, and mine included! The warm sweathers and soups, the extra hugs and love from family & friends. The list goes on and on of all the great things.

Also this can be a challanging time of year as our bodies start to go into hibernation mode for the winter. True you are not a bear, also true your soul needs time to recharge after the full summer. This is your time to shed away any unwanted energies that may hold you back in this next season. What have you been wanted to lay to rest in your life? What has been keeping you from making your goals and dreams become a reality?
